ÂArundhathi Sweeps 32nd Vamshee Film Awards

The biggest blockbuster of 2009 and the movie that gave Anushka the coveted heroine oriented subject - ÂArundhathi made a clean sweep at the 32nd Vamshee International Film Awards for the year 2009.
ÂArundhathi produced by Mallemala Entertainments Shyam Prasad Reddy and directed by Kodi Ramakrishna bagged 13 awards in various categories including Best Heroine, Best Director, Best Villian, Best Costumes, Best Cinematographer and Best Sound Mixing among few others.
The next movie to grab a heap of awards was SS RajamouliÂs ÂMaghadheera that won 7 awards including Most Popular Film, Most sensational actor, Most Sensational director, Best Art Director, etc.
The Best Debutant Director award was given to Chaitanya Dantuluri who made ÂBanam and legendary director Dasari Narayana Rao was judged Best Actor for Mestri that won the Best Film Award.
